Photo Collage: Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We do not collect, store, receive or share any personal information about you. In particular, we do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, photos, collages or how you use the app. The app has no account or sign-up, shows no advertising, and has no analytics, tracking or crash-reporting tools.

Because we do not collect personal information, we do not hold any data about you that we could share, sell, or be asked to delete.

2. Your photos and collages

• You choose photos using Android's built-in photo picker. The app can only see the photos you pick.
• To let you come back and keep editing, the app keeps copies of the photos you picked, together with your collage designs, in its private storage on your phone. Other apps cannot read this storage.
• When you tap Save, the finished collage is written to your phone's Pictures folder, in a folder called Photo Collage, so it appears in your gallery.
• When you tap Share, the finished collage is passed to the app you choose, for example Instagram or WhatsApp. What that app does with it is covered by that app's own privacy policy.
• Your photos and collages are never sent to us or to any server run by us.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Photo Collage Pro is an optional monthly subscription that removes the Photo Collage mark from saved collages. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your card or payment details. The app uses Google's Play Billing Library to ask Google Play whether your Google account has an active subscription, and that is the only time the app uses the internet. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play (your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions).

4. Permissions

• Photos and media: no permission is needed. The Android photo picker gives the app only the photos you choose.
• Storage (Android 9 and older only): used to save finished collages to your Pictures folder.
• Internet and network state: used only by Google Play Billing, as described above.

5. Third parties

The app contains no advertising or analytics code and no third-party tracking. The only third-party code that communicates over the internet is Google's Play Billing Library, described in section 3. The fonts used in the text tool are bundled inside the app and are not loaded from the internet.

6. Children

Photo Collage is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

7. Keeping and deleting your data

Your collages and the photo copies the app keeps exist only on your phone. Delete a collage in the app to remove it and its photo copies, or uninstall the app to remove everything it stored. Collages you saved to your gallery are your own files and stay until you delete them.

8. Your rights

Because we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct or erase. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area you still have rights under data protection law, including the right to ask what we hold and to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk). You can contact us about any of this using the details below.

9. Security

Everything the app stores stays in the app's private storage on your phone and is protected by Android's own security. We do not run any servers for the app, so there is no online database of your information to be breached.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how your information is handled, we will say so in the app's update notes on Google Play.
